Secure partitions, air tight rooms, glazed security screens and interlocks
Full height security screens and panels, a universal and infinite walling system designed with mid rails and intermediate posts to allow the installation of optional panels including lexan marguard, steel mesh, steel plate, glazed panels or a combination of all materials.
Glazing options include 11.5mm anti bandit glass or 36mm bullet proof, steel panels available from 3mm plate through to 12mm steel plate and mesh panels to any standard stock product.
The walling system will span from existing floor level to the under side of the existing ceiling level, it has been designed to incorporate cell doors and security doors, counters, transfer units and key chutes within the structure.
Utilizing an intermediate post as a corner post it returns the walling system through 90 degrees, repeated corners then generate free standing cells or "secure rooms within existing rooms" and options of an independent roof.
If the system is erected between two existing walls it creates a secure dividing barrier with or without secure door entry, a combination of panels and doors will create a secure 2 way double interlock facility with out the need for builders work.
The system has an infinite number of applications including search areas, safe rooms, interview rooms, bolt holes, secure rooms, dividing walls either partially or full glazed, as all panels are manufactured flat pack off site and installed with little more than bolt connections and on site drilling and the disruption is reduced to an absolute minimum generally with no builders work required.
Generally the system is produced in mild steel but is available in stainless steel for pharmaceutical and chemical applications and the introduction of air tight doors will allow the construction of air tight and gas tight chambers, fumigation suites and air tight glazed interlocks.

The gate matrix consists of 30mm diameter solid round vertical bars at 150mm centres passing through 65x12 horizontal flats at 450mm centres, a fully welded construction with standard HMP pivot assemblies.
